- There is no hierarchy of power. Every member of any staff group is treated just the same as any member of Fragmented Realities. If a MOD or Admin show signs of being power-hungry, they subject themselves of being kicked off the team.
- Becoming a member of the Event Committee requires you to fulfill a monthly quota by submitting unique, interesting and fun ideas for the site to hold. Each Event Committee member must submit a minimum of 2 detailed ideas every month. They must participate in discussion and planning, and also run an event at least once every six months.
